DHS Admits Boston Training Drill Involving Backpack Explosives Planned Months Before Marathon
The Department of Homeland Security has gone public with an admission that an exercise was planned months before the Boston Marathon bombings that involved backpacks being used to detonate explosives by rogue terrorists.
According to the DHS documents acquired by the Boston Globe, the agents were planning on conducting training exercises centered around a fictitious terrorist group called ‘Free America Citizens’, a group that would plant backpacks full of explosives around Boston that the detectives would be forced to track down. Ultimately, of course, this ended up happening at the Boston Marathon itself with precise accuracy. The Globe report reads that “the city was hit with a real terrorist attack executed in a frighteningly similar fashion.”
And the DHS isn’t denying that the training exercise manifested itself at the Boston Marathon, as detailed in the back-end article on the Boston Globe that I discovered while browsing the news.
“The real thing happened before we were able to execute,” a Boston police official told the Boston Globe in the report.
The exercise, labeled as “Operation Urban Shield,” was funded by a $200,000 Homeland Security grant. It was planned months before the Boston Marathon, and it was scheduled to ‘take place’ in official capacity this weekend, according to the sources. But the exercise admission lends further credence to the ignored eyewitness account of bomb sniffing dogs and bomb squads running a training exercise during the morning of the Boston Marathon. Was this training exercise part of Operation Urban Shield?
Interestingly, they specifically detailed that this terrorist group (that presumably is based off of ‘right wing extremists’ and the sovereign citizens movement) would carry a logo of a metal skull wearing an Uncle Sam hat. I’m not claiming there’s a relationship, but I find it funny that even their logo matched up with real events from the Boston Marathon bombings. It was in fact the apparent security at the event that was spotted wearing clothing adorning the image of skulls that turned out to be the logo for the Craft International private security firm.

NO NO NO Absolutely NOT, a live event is not the place to practice anything that has to do with bomb drill training. Obviously the Boston Marathon Races was proof of that. Now you are targetting the Boy Scout Jamboree. I think it is a horrific idea to ruin the event for the boyscouts. And as I said before, just why are you so anticipation of any terror events. There was drills on 911 for plane hijacking. There was a drill scheduled to coincide with the London subway bombing. Now the Boston bombing. There is no way this is a coincidence.
Our government is full of “place men”. “Place men” is a term from revolutionary times. Colonial governors traditionally elected from local men were replaced by George with aristocrats from England loyal to the king. We now have “place men” loyal to the new world order gang, bankers and such. Their job is to harm the republic you pledge allegiance to. Get educated and then educate everybody you know. Rosemary, I think you probably just made a typo, but I want to clarify an important distinction:
Training Exercise- a planned, FAKE training session, designed to SIMULATE real conditions.
False Flag- False flag (or black flag) describes covert military or paramilitary operations designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by other entities, groups or nations than those who actually planned and executed them
An example of this is what Hitler did with the Reichstag fire to rally support against "communist."
If the above poster is claiming that this was a false flag op, he's saying that it was planned and carried out for real with the intention of deceiving us about who was really responsible.

I had a drill planned last week. I was going to wear a costume of a cross dressing, Nazi Donald Duck, stand in front of Quizno’s and expose myself only to Asian Women between the ages of 30-45.
But when I showed up at Quizno’s wouldn’t you know it, there was already a guy in a Nazi-Donald-Duck-in-drag costume exposing himself to my same demographic.
So what I’m trying to say is that I totally believe that this whole story is all just a big coincidence. Stuff like this happens all the time. Like when they just happened to be running a terror drill around planes hitting the WTC on 9/11/01. And then they did. Or when they were running a drill around a subway bombing at the exact same time that the Madrid bombings took place. See, what I mean. Total coincidences like this happen all the time. Don’t read too much into them. It’s all just totally random chance.

The next drill is new york subway right with an odorless gas attack, right? What are the chances it goes live or real? And then there is the zombie-apocalypse drill by DHS, our taxpayer dollars at work to keep us safe from the zombie terrorist threat, what would cause a drill like that to become real? Biological weapons? Scary stuff. And to think, I remember a time when we thought the muslims were scary along with all middle easterners from the "axis of evil". But it is different now, the real terror threat is any american that embraces the constitution or liberty or has any political beliefs that differ from the administration or the mainstream overreaching federal government. This, of course, was just practice for when DHS did the real thing and blamed it on the mooooslims.
I think, from looking at many videos and photos of the event that this was a complex drill created after real Marathon runners were already diverted – that is, kept running along Commonwealth rather than turning onto Boylston. There were some stragglers, but all the elites had left – hence no more jumbotron or major media coverage.
All they had to do to make it into what they wanted was after the fact. Call it real when it wasn't. Why? I think there were geopolitical considerations designed to manipulate Russia in an upcoming confrontation with Russia's allies, Syria and Iran. Now we are playing mind games about their Chechen internal enemies.

Also interesting is that immediate released pics of blast site two do not have Bill Richard in the photos or videos but he appears in subsequent photos. Another interesting fact is that the shrapnel in pics does not show in the videos or legitimate pictures of the blast site. Also why is there no blood in the road where Jane Martin was supposedly rescued by the guy who ran out of the restaurant and noted bleeding so bad that he retrieved a belt from a bystander so he could apply a tourniquet??

There are, unfortunately, many who believe that the 'good of society' ('public interest', 'common good', 'benefit of the masses', etc.), however one chooses to define it, is more important than the rights of a few 'obnoxious' individuals. Many believe, for example, that it's okay to take someone's home if the property is needed for some higher purpose that benefits the 'whole community' in some way that is defined by those in government that would take it. This idea, that the collective good comes before individual rights, provides the 'moral' basis for the military draft. Taken to its full context, this concept will eventually lead to faked terrorist attacks, concentration camps and the euthanasia of the elderly.
